its part of a more strategic shift in branding that people like Umair Haque are very good at articulating.

The point is – you can’t simply manage your brand in a one way fashion by designing, developing and imposing your brand on the consumer.

In todays world, where society as a whole is finding its voice on the web and not just looking for yours, the feedback loop is instant, ubiquitous and exponentially increasing in its impact.
